Where can I download Study Shield?
Study Shield is live on both the App Store and Google Play — grab it from the download badges on the homepage.
How does the focus timer block apps?
On iOS, Study Shield uses Apple Screen Time / Family Controls to block distracting apps while a focus session runs. Because of that, iOS may ask for your Screen Time passcode when you remove the app — that is expected iOS behavior for apps that use Family Controls.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel anytime from your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I report content or block someone?
Every post and profile has a report and block option. We review reports and remove objectionable content, typically within 24 hours. See our Terms for the full policy.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email us at support@studyshieldapp.com and we'll help you delete your account and associated data.
